Pregnant and alone, Teagan O’Riley befriends three women in her same situation at a Seattle clinic. The four single mothers make a vow to care for each other’s babies. Soon after the friends give birth, two of them are murdered. Teagan secures her baby boy in a sling across her chest and rescues the newborns, barely escaping flying bullets and the killer.
