Mario, a close friend to many criminals but still high in the ranks of law enforcement, has imprisoned several dangerous individuals, including Felipe Cruz. After vowing revenge in court, Felipe presides over the streets of New Orleans from jail, and he soon makes good on his promise by trying to harm Mario’s fiancé, Kate Fontenot.
